Perfect your lifts

Barbell

Join us to work on cleans, clean & jerks and snatch in our specialized CrossFit Barbell class. Our coaches will take you through a 1-hour class improving your olympic lifting knowledge and technique whether you are new to the movements or looking to fine tune your skills.

7:00 AM to 8:00 AM. Come in warmed up and ready to lift. The hour will start with technique and then we will move some weight!
