Our CrossFit program is specifically crafted for the older population, focusing on enhancing movement and building light strength. We aim to help our athletes maintain their fitness and independence as they age, through carefully designed workouts that prioritize safety and effectiveness. Led by experienced Coach Maggie, our sessions offer a supportive environment where participants can thrive and achieve their personal fitness goals.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 1:15 PM - 2:00 PM
