Join our specialized mobility program to help you recover, increase range of motion, and connect with a great group of people. Coach Gina puts her heart into helping each and every athlete overcome tight muscles to help them squat deeper, lift heavier and overall move better!

About Our Program

Stretching and self-care are vital to any athlete’s routine.  It helps with faster recovery, and builds strength, flexibility, stability, mobility and better range of motion. And when these fitness components are incorporated into our workouts, we drastically increase our ability to build a stronger, healthier athlete.

Coach Gina has been building a class that will help everyone make physical gains while cultivating these qualities. She has designed a program using my knowledge from yoga, RomWod, and the use of self-care massage balls to help us become stronger and better-functioning athletes.
