Rockin' Around The Pull-Up Bar
Each team will have 2 lanes. Timeframes will run simultaneously, but the athletes are NOT synchronized.
Gymnastics levels get increasingly harder once a certain number of reps is reached.

Burpees will be done going over a plate. Can be lateral, plate facing, does not matter.

Scoring: Metcon 8 points per placement, Bike, 2 points per placement.
Synchro is at the top of each movement.
2 Person barbell synchro the entire workout. Synchro is male & female pairing. After completing the 30 Power cleans, the teams will increase weight on both barbells.
Weight continues to increase after the 30 power cleans until the 4th round is completed. After the 4th round is completed, teams will stay at this weight and work through the 5th round until the time runs out (If they make it this far).
SCALED DIVISION: Cleans and Snatches are taken from the hang

3 Person, same gender, barbell ladder:
10 Minute barbell ladder followed up by 1 minute for max points at the final barbell weight.
Snatch is worth 12 points, clean is worth 4 points, deadlift is worth 1 point.

Notes: You Make it Feel Like Liftmas
At 3,2,1, Go:
1st Barbell weight is loaded. All 3 athletes will attempt 1st Barbell weight. Athletes can choose to snatch, clean or deadlift. If they fail a lift, they can attempt that same lift again or try a different lift (ex. attempt 1, snatch – Failed. attempt 2 can be a snatch or clean or deadlift – still at that same weight inside that same minute). Only 1 successful lift per minute per person is scored.
If no lift is successful by 1 or more athletes, the athletes who did NOT successfully complete a lift in that minute window will score a 0. The athletes who did complete their lift will still receive their score(s) for the team.
In the 11th minute, there will be a :10 transition where athletes will all start on the ground. At go, the athletes will hop up and attempt max points for their team. Either Snatches, Cleans, Deadlifts, or a combination of all of them. Athletes can lift multiple reps and lifts in that minute window.
Scoring:
Females score from first 10 minutes: 4 points per placement.
Females score from final minute: 1 point per placement
Males score from first 10 minutes: 4 points per placement.
Males score from final minute: 1 point per placement
